I'm an experienced customer service professional and employee experience advocate, with a passion for employee development.As an Area Supervisor of Guest Services at Cedar Point, I was part of a team responsible for admissions and guest services associates across ten locations. Servicing tens of thosands of guests a day, we drove sales across a wide variety of admissions products. I also developed a comprehensive guest service and conflict resolution training course that equipped members of our team with tools that enabled them to make confident and independent decisions when interacting with guests or fellow associates.I've honed my ability to align teams to work toward common goals. This has been achieved by understanding that communication is key, and by being able to adapt to the communication styles of others. This gave me the opportunity to work one-on-one with a diverse group of associates from among the hundreds employed by the store, with a focus on training, job readiness, professional development, and personal development.Most recently, I have joined the Operations team at Rapid Rapid Response Monitoring, where I have the privilege of using the most advanced technologies in electronic security to serve the safety and welfare of families and businesses by protecting life and property.
