I am a passionate creative director and senior designer. I strive to build and communicate a clear vision to my team to help them reach their full potential.While working at mParticle, I had the opportunity to work on the design of a complete brand overhaul. I have also overseen the design work on websites, sales collaterals, ad campaigns, brand characters, and more. We've even launched several successful conferences hosted by internal teams.Clear communication is the most important ingredient to achieve successful outcomes. Sometimes clients and team members already think they know exactly what they need for a project, but I've noticed a trend. They often lack insight into potential risks and pitfalls lurking ahead. This is why expert guidance is usually needed to help teams focus on what matters most. To stay current in my field, I'm always learning new tools and exploring new ways to solve problems.
