Serving as the internal Salesforce Administrator at Prolifiq. Managing features and components such as users, permissions, automation, metadata, integrations, and configurations.

Hosted customer technical onboarding meetings and lead the Installation and Setup processes for all Prolifiq Salesforce apps. Assisted customers with multi-step rollout plans, upgrading their apps, and setting up new features.Worked with the Customer Success team to complete technical projects in customer Salesforce orgs. Managed the queue of configuration requests and completed jobs within the defined timeline. Communicated with all parties involved during each phase of the deployment. Managed tier 2 customer technical support using Salesforce Service Cloud.

Developed responsive, XHTML-based email templates within the company’s proprietary communication platform. Worked regularly with the QA team to test new product features and assist with product deployments. Promoted to Team Lead and managed a team of 7 Producers. Worked directly with Account Managers and Customers on key deliverables. Ran tier 2 customer support to manage customer issues and requests.

Coded and developed dynamic websites using Joomla, Drupal, and Expression Engine content management systems.
