In addition to a wide variety of support to legislative and budget changes related to the drawdown, developed and presented Navy's annual promotion plans and briefs to CNP, CNO and SECNAV for approval. (Returned from Active Duty) Led multiple teams of Federal Employees and Contractor staff responsible for applications development in support of business customers throughout USCIS. Managed development on dozens of projects released each FY. Acted as a second-line supervisor to numerous Project Managers across the United States. DHS Level II Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR).

(Recalled to Active Duty from DHS) OIC for USMC 4th ANGLICO Detachment-H deployed to Iraq. Led combat deployment of Marines and sailors. Directly supported the 7th Iraqi Army Division and personally responsible for all aviation in close-air-support of Iraqi operations across the Anbar province. Conducted a wide variety of combat operations and control of close-air-support, coordination of CASEVAC, as well responsibility for all admin/training for personnel and millions of dollars in equipment.
