Ken Bruer and Marti Glenn are the founders of Rzyio, and were my original master teachers from 2008, when I first began my academic journey of becoming a somatic trauma therapist. I am deeply honored to help carry the torch they lit years ago. My role includes much to do behind the scenes in program and content development, as well as leading virtual events/workshops, and eventually will be offering in person retreats for personal development and leadership training.

As a clinical advisor to Holos, I support the company in forming clinically sound, ethical, and expansive programming for their retreats.

Private Practice: Specializing in addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family/couples work. Jesse holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in somatic psychology. He completed his PhD in 2015 from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He also holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. In addition to his academic pursuits, Jesse has spent over 14 years training with different holistic and shamanic teachers. He has explored the ancient ways through meditation and ceremony and has explored the modern ways through psychoneurobiology and quantum physics. These experiences helped foster a realization that two different languages speak the same truth: the mind and body are deeply interconnected, deeply influenced by one another, and, the union of the two allows a natural evolution and healing process to occur.

Providing Intervention treatment for families who have agreed to partake in A&E's award winning documentary series. I support the family in a pre-intervention and help them prepare for the actual intervention. When the individual says "yes", I also transport the client from the site of the intervention to the treatment center.Honoured to be a part of an amazing production team showing the real-life struggles of those suffering from and impacted by severe substance abuse. **I made my debut during Season 17 and continue to film new episodes.

As clinical director, I am helping launch a new holistic wellness center specializing in addiction recovery, trauma resolution, mental health, and physical wellness. Helix Health is an integrative and multi-faceted approach to healing and wellness. Located at the Yonge and Eglinton intersection of midtown Toronto, it is the first of its kind in Canada. Assisting individuals, couples, and families navigate the ocean of emotions that are a part of being human in today's hectic world. I specialize in trauma release, family systems, and mind-body connection.I see my therapeutic work as a co-created journey into the depths of the human psyche, soma, and soul.

Helped individuals, couples, and families work through the challenges of addiction. Assisted people in understanding their own unique lens of spirituality through shamanism and neuroscience. Also, I facilitated a variety of groups from Sound Healing, to movement and meditation classes to graduation ceremonies.

Lots of fun. Hiking, biking, exploring beaches, kayaking, all in the name of having fun under the sun without the influence of drugs or alcohol. One of the greatest jobs I have ever had. I also facilitated many groups each week ranging from movement classes to sound healing to meditation.

Helped graduate students relieve stress through therapeutic touch and guided imagery

Created a holistic healing space for myself and locale healing practitioners. The Zen Den gives massage therapists, Acupuncturists, psychotherapists, yoga teachers, and life coaches an affordable, safe and sacred place to practice their healing modalities. As a holistic health practitioner, I helped many people with issues in posture, chronic pain, and held emotional patterns through movement, breath, touch, and sound.
