I work on expanding the application of genomic selection technologies by applying new techniques to existing data. I have bioinformatics pipeline development skills including genomic prediction, sequence processing, imputation, and statistical modeling. I am proud to have grown up on an Angus beef farm in Upstate New York. I studied Economics and Biology at Swarthmore, while gaining substantial international experience. After college I worked in tech transfer and consulting before returning to pursue a graduate degree. I am looking at careers in research and business development in agricultural genomics.
