I've been in the online & gaming space for about 25+ years as a consumer, using Twitch for over 11 and finally getting to put all that knowledge gained over time to work at the platform was a dream come true. As a Partnerships Coordinator, it was my duty to look over applications of content creators aspiring to become Twitch Partners. I regularly used programs like Mode, Salesforce & JIRA to cover looking through applicant's analytics while also having to do extensive reviews on their content as well as their social media presence to determine their eligibility. But metrics and content are only a part of the process. I also had to be aware of Twitch's ToS policy & worked in tandem with the Trust and Safety team to ensure applicants were in good standing.

Premier Locating is a utility locating company hired by several public utilities to handle their Gopher State One Call responses (Minnesota's 811 one call service) to protect their existing facilities during excavations. I was tasked with handling numerous excavation projects (EX: Projects such as planting a tree all the way up to massive road projects) on my own on a daily basis and ensuring telephone, fiber optic and electrical lines are not damaged during these excavations. I regularly have to handle several contractors & homeowners at a time and maintain my utility markings on time. One of the largest projects I handled was a 6+ mile stretch of Highway 77 adding extra lanes of traffic while also updating sewer & water as well as all new street light facilities. During this time I successfully navigated several construction companies doing work simultaneously throughout this stretch of road. I handled this project so well that I secured 2 new contracts for my company by the end of it. I was also one of the few employees trusted to train our new recruits and lead an team of 8 locators. It's worth noting that being a utility locator also comes with being on-call for about 1 week a month where I could be called to utility emergencies 24/7, so I'm no stranger to bizarre work hours. Being courteous, incredibly flexible, efficient, self motivating and honest are all vital to me having had this career for over 12 years.

Full time working General Management role for this brand new restaurant- at no point was I able to hide in the back. During busy times I was in charge of running the front staff, cooking, coffee drinks & being the front line for customer complaints. I refused to let any of my workers feel like they had to handle customers alone, I nurtured a team oriented vibe & did my best to exemplify that at all times because I believe workplaces work better when they communicate and work WITH each other. During slow times I was in charge of personnel decisions/relations, handling product orders to ensure the restaurant was fully stocked, organizing catering orders for birthday parties, weddings, local high school sporting events and even the Minnesota Vikings, as well as having alternative plans set in case things went wrong- The owners trusted me to speak for them when they were not present.
