Lead and oversee large scale industrial, heavy civil and waste water construction projects. As the project lead, responsibilities include project scheduling, cost control and budgeting, project planning, crew management, site coordination, procurement, and commissioningRecent Projects:Duffin Creek Preliminary Treatment and Influent Pumping Station -Deep Wet Well Pumping Station, large diameter distribution piping, Preliminary Treatment Facilities and Biofilter Odourous Air TreatmentDurham York Energy Center -construction of a 20 Megawatt Energy From Waste Facility including a Refuse Building, 2 Boilers, Turbine Generator, Air Pollution Control Equipment, Air Cooled Condenser and Ash Handling Facilities.Duffin Creek Dewatering and Incineration Facilities -construction of 2 new 120T fluidized bed sludge incinerators, 2 waste heat boilers, air pollution control equipment, ash handling facilities, 8 dewatering centrifuges, sludge handling conveyors and hydraulic pumps. Obtained LEED Gold.The GO Whitby Parking Structure -Design Build. The 4-level parking structure provides a total of 1,392 parking spaces for GO patrons. The project is a design build effort with Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. and Read Jones Christoffersen (RJC) partnering through design and construction. The concrete and formwork was self-performed by Kenaidan. The superstructure for the garage included 4-levels of exposed aggregate pre-cast elements, a feature stair tower and an enclosed pedestrian walkway linking the parking facility with the existing station entrance. This was the second parking structure that GO Transit awarded the Kenaidan/RJC team.
