I have been working with computers since I was 14 years old, when I began building and repairing them with a computer certified technician who was a friend of the family. At age 17 I joined the military and served 5 1/2 years in the Marines, and 7 1/2 years in the Army National Guard as a helicopter mechanic from 1998-2011. In Sep 2011, I joined URS Corporation as a contracted helicopter mechanic, and moved to a role as a Technical Inspector. During all of the above, I achieved my Associates in Business Administration, took 2 semesters of Electronics Wiring at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College, and earned valuable experience doing on the job training assisting with maintaining computer systems for the Army Reserve ULLS-A system. On April 27, 2015 I passed my CompTIA Security+ Exam, adding this certificate to my experience list. The military also provided me with the tools, as well as practical application of years as a leader in learning how to establish clear direction when assigning tasks. Currently trained and employed as an Aviation SASMO.
