About Jesse Kornoff
I am a General Manager with a passion for food and beverage, hospitality, sales and development. My specialty has been managing significant commercial improvements in challenged businesses, while at the same time improving customer experience through team engagement. In recent roles I have taken a number of hotels, restaurants and bars from concept, through planning and development to opening including Olivine, The Interlude, Sequoia, North&COMMON, Hardy's Verandah, Arthur Waterhouse Lounge, along with opening established brands including Adina and renovation and repositioning assets including Peppers and Mount Lofty House. I have a track record of driving positive culture, and often cultural change, through large teams of people.At Mount Lofty House I succeeded in achieving #1 hotel in TripAdvisor's travelers choice awards in Australia and the Pacific and HM Awards Australian General Manager of the Year.
