Specialized in digital marketing strategy and implementation in the Real Estate industry for medium and large scale single family/multi-family home builders, condo developers, and land developers. Managed and reported on Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram ads, as well as all website analytics and email marketing. Developed multiple custom reports and worked with in-house programmers to allow for upper management to receive summary reports and quickly assess the health of our campaigns or online properties, opening up the discussion for new strategies.

Led a team of 7 to organize all aspects of an annual conference for the western chapters of AIESEC in Canada, bringing together 200 students for a 3-day conference. Managed expenses and revenues with an overall budget of $50,000.

Responsible for all marketing activities along with assisting in sponsorship and logistics planning for the conference. I worked alongside a team of seven to successfully host a 5-day, 400 person national conference under budget. Accomplishments:• Prioritized development of channels for communications and advertising such as a Facebook page, conference website, and newsletters. Resulting in an attendance of 400 students in comparison to 300 in 2013 when the conference was last held in Calgary.• Secured $3,000 in additional revenue and many in-kind sponsorship deals opening up our budget. Our team ended the conference with an $8,000 surplus compared to a much lower average of most conference teams throughout AIESEC in Canada.

Selected to join the executive body of AIESEC Calgary, I spearheaded all marketing and communications activities from concept to execution for the Calgary chapter. Our executive team consisted of seven individuals whom I worked with on a daily basis to manage the different areas of operations. I was in charge of leading and developing a team of 6 in direct and digital marketing campaigns to generate leads as well as brand positioning for the organization. We accomplished this through a variety of marketing tactics including print media, PowerPoint presentations, social media, and data analytics of prior years.Accomplishments:• Created and developed marketing strategies directed at specific target markets which were then executed by my team and I to generate 800 leads for our global internship programs.• Organized and administered recruitment campaigns resulting in the on-boarding of 60 new hires.• Marketing efforts and leads generation resulted in sending over 20 students abroad on international internships compared to 5 in the 2013 year.

Worked in a small team environment to operate a community centre for all community members with minimal supervision. As a team we organized and planned community engagement events and scheduled facility rentals.
