– Preparing project specifications from the information received from sales.– Managing all jobs concurrently including project planning, budget, execution, timing, quality, cost, communication, and documentation– Responsible for ordering and purchasing all the materials needed in the timeframe required for the project/job– Acting as a liaison between key areas (sales, I.T., engineering, manufacturing, shipping, and receiving)– Documenting all orders for the plant, and working directly with manufacturing, and shipping so they understand what is needed to manufacture, and shipping direction – Oversee all aspects of process as it relates to the project to ensure all goals and requirements are met
