I was in charge of a group of 7 agents who were responsible for handling any baggage issue, customer complaint, and general question from our customers. My duties included reporting company baggage, travel credit voucher, and meal voucher statistics, responding to elevated complaints such as DOT or Passengers with Disabilities, and responding to complaints on behalf of our CEO. I have also been on call 24 hours per day to give support to our Station Support Specialist desk, which handles setting up and confirming flights, NoFly/Selectee list uploads and compliance, VIP operations support, Advanced Passenger Information for international flights along with issuing permits to proceed for Customs and Border protection, and coordinating any irregular operations with all stations and departments involved. One of the primary duties of the station support specialist was reviewing charter documents for accuracy, and then making telephone calls to each vendor to ensure the services are scheduled on that end in order to ensure superior service quality and on time performance for our charter flights. We also provide support for any questions the stations may have about proper international documentation required for travel. I have extensive training in management proceedures and experience working with a budget, and department bookeeping and accounting. This included processing and reconciling all invoices, maintaining department and station inventory and ordering supplies as needed, entering the data in budget spreadsheets, processing payments, and processing all payroll for my department.
