Jesse Levin is the Founder of Tactivate, a social impact venture that meshes principals from disaster response, Special Operations veteran and entrepreneurial ecosystems to create new ventures and to carry out disaster readiness, response and emergency economic stability efforts in contested and semi to non permissive environments. Through Tactivate Jesse has led expeditionary entrepreneurial disaster readiness and response deployments from Haiti to the Philippines, Ukraine,throughout Latin America and many jurisdictions in between.
