Heads cohort of 20-25 staff members. Reads and edits all cohort articles, provides feedback, when ready, sends to Editor-in-Chief, Publisher, and Chief of Staff for publication. Contributed to research of Dr. Nicole Kaufman on 1993 Lucasville prison uprising at Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. Focused on representation and language surrounding religion in governmental and media portrayal of uprising.

Implemented new engagement and social media strategies to increase the quality and quantity of outward engagement with audiences. Managed Covering Climate Now’s Instagram and Twitter accounts with a combined audience of nearly 20,000, creating creative daily content to amplify climate-informed journalism. Contributed to departmental and editorial planning and development.

Communicating with university department heads and local officials to increase membership and bolster participation.
