Current• Started out in the pilot as an administration / Technician working for Principle Staffing Solutions (PSS); which included, then NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) now called NCi’s, Material Transfer Transaction (MTT), Return to Stock (RTS), Daily tool status updates used by management to forecast tool release and space availability on the floor, and Tool fixture resource updates ensuring current and accurate tool allocation. • Key team member in the builds of multiple modules (ALD Ox/Strata/Striker/AHM/VXT DT).• Assistant to team lead on swing shift, ensuring continual work progress is accomplished.• Due to my growth within the pilot department; After six (6) months being a Temp contractor I was transitioning from Temp to Regular Full-time (RFT) Engineering Technician in April 2015.• Built and tested Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) modules (VECTOR product family), QSM along with strong troubleshooting experience.• Supported Engineers (ME, TE) in designing and developing of equipment using engineering drawings (Engineering Dashboard), Bill of Material (BOM), Standard Order of Event (SOE), and Systems, Applications, Products T-codes (SAP).• Supports engineering R&D activities in design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems. • Validated ATAC test procedure/Test Cases, an automated next generation test SW uses 2300 UI.• Supported other departments such as Sabre (Wet Op) and HVM; along with working in Fremont, CA to help introduce a new module called the Striker Carbide (SPARC).
