As native fishermen, the local people in Northern Haiti are struggling to feed their families because of the collapse of their reefs and depletion of fish stocks. We work with local agriculture technicians to grow and harvest Tilapia in fresh water, so as to relieve stress on the natural ecosystem. Our most recent project includes a solar powered refrigerator and processing plant for locally sourced, organic, fish food.
