I am currently going on my 8th year as a Material Handler for the in-bound department of Aircraft Spruce / Aero Performance, an aircraft parts & supplies chain warehouse based out of Middletown, PA. We are 1 of 6 branches in the country, taking care of customers from all over. Here, I have learned the ins & outs of the shipping & receiving process that makes a warehouse function. I am extremely dedicated to my work ethic & won the first Employee of the Year award given out for our branch in 2021.Although this has been a great foot in the door job for me, my passion lies within the artistic world. I have spread my creativity unto many different styles, mediums, & designs throughout my time as an artist, but have never quite found my niche. I graduated from the Art Institute of York in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design / Science. Illustration has always been my strongest link, but graphic design is right up there along side of it. I often find ways of incorporating both into my life, whether it be for gifts, commission pieces, or freelance concepts... despite having a full-time job. Ultimately, I want to expand my knowledge, skill, & passion for creating. I would love to be a part of of a design firm, or even start out designing for a company that needs it.Admittedly, I have so much more to learn in the realm of the design world, and have struggled a bit through the years of taking the necessary steps to get there. My portfolio as a whole has a great deal of content within it that I believe employers would be able to utilize for building their business.
