- Champion the renewal, expansion and support workflows of +200 SMB accounts - Develop quarterly strategic territory planning guide, monthly plan and sales playbook- Collaborate with Customer Success, ERP Support, Professional Services and Solutions Engineering to maximize customer retention and expansion- Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to devise and implement comprehensive renewal strategies to maximize customer retention and facilitate the introduction of new usage scenarios and solutions

*Execute trade partner contracts to fulfill project scopes that align with approved budget *Create and manage the entirety of the submittal and RFI process *Partner with technology department to lead BIM coordinations*Lead and participate in coordination and owner meetings *Collaborate with +50 trade partners and suppliers to procure project specific materials *Maintain project financials alongside project manager such as project budget adjustments, pay applications, change orders and invoices *Ensure trade partners adhere to contractual design documents, industry and AHJ codes *Promote and enforce overall job safety *Provide and help develop continuous improvement and lean practices
