• Manage the department of credit analysts and workflow process for loan presentations.• Support credit analysts with preparation of credit presentations through peer review and risk assessment evaluation.• Assign work within the credit department.• Analyze credit information and prepare thorough loan analysis reports.• Assist with or complete materials used in making decisions on loan requests.• Assist with or complete the evaluation of collateral materials.• Utilize financial spreading software to analyze borrower ratios for loan requests.• Support loan officers in the management of customer relationships through credit file tracking, financial statement monitoring, credit reviews, and analysis of financial performance.

• Develop relationships with local business owners and centers of professional influence. • Provide banking services & solutions to meet the needs of local companies and business professionals.• Expand the customer base and bank profitability through personal calling and community involvement.• Interview applicants to develop information regarding their business lending needs.• Maintain customer relationships.• Actively participate in the community in order to market and promote 1st State Bank accounts and services.• Act as a key contact for business customers regarding other bank services and accounts.
