CurrentLeading and assisting the Sacma/tapper departments with management and engineering teams while improving processes and tooling. Responsible for new job launches from start to finish to ensure quality. Developing a culture of accelerated continuous improvement utilizing standard work, problem identification, problem solving, and decision making at the level of execution. Working with Engineering on new part designs during scheduled meetings. Training other associates on Sacma and Tapper and continuing to work with them as they progress through the different levels. Support Supervisors/Quality Dept. in developing and maintaining standard work, implementing and following defining standards.
