Quality Operations Supervisor
Current• Maintain quality by monitoring the process, control points, equipment, personnel and resources.• Communicate work expectations to employees; monitor and appraise job results; enforce systems, policies, and procedures; coach, counsel, and discipline employees as required.• Maintaining safe and clean work environments by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources• Develop clearly defined work instructions, critical area documents, incident reports, and safety alerts as needed• Recommend and implement improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contribution.• Entering time, data, and other business inputs into an automated system in an accurate and timely fashion to maintain customer satisfaction and employee morale.
