The first 6-story tower houses 93 short-term rental units while the second tower 15-story tower houses 533 apartment-style units. The 15-story high rise includes a fourth-floor amenity deck with an outdoor pool, yoga studio, fitness area, media and game rooms, a club room, and two courtyards.Successfully monitors procurement - ensuring the project team is aware of the status and potential project schedule impacts while providing support in monitoring the field performance for all aspects of the project, including subcontractors, consultants, schedules, quality, and costs. Continually ensures subcontract agreements are issued and followed up as well as understanding contract terms and obligations. Participates in preparing the overall project schedule with input from the project superintendent and the project manager and updates the schedule weekly and acquire, review, approve, and process shop drawings and product submittals.
