Responsible for coordinating the operations of the second shift. Build daily plans to maximize productivity and meet department goals. Monitor work performance and provide appropriate and timely feedback to maximize performance. Update and create reports for leadership, participate in weekly staff meetings, and collaborate with other departments. Ensure that safety measures are in place, and that all company polices are followed and enforced. Provide training and certification for all forklift drivers working on the second shift.
