I have a diverse range of experience in various customer service and operational roles, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills. At Chick-fil-A, I served as a Team Trainer from October 2019 to August 2022. In this role, I was responsible for training new staff, ensuring they adhered to company procedures, and maintaining the overall functionality of the store. This position honed my ability to manage teams and ensure high standards of service.Following this, I worked at JB Seamless Gutters from May 2023 to August 2023 as a Driver. My responsibilities included maintaining a large trailer and using various power tools to install gutters on both residential and commercial properties. This job enhanced my technical skills and taught me the importance of safety and precision in manual work.Currently, I am employed at Scores Pizza and Wings as a Shift Lead since August 2023. In this role, I oversee both kitchen and front-of-house operations, manage staff, and take on multiple roles including Bartender, Server, and Cook. This position has further developed my leadership capabilities and my ability to handle diverse responsibilities simultaneously.
