I am very passionate about how to live a great life. Currently obsessed with the work of James Hollis, Martha Beck, and Johann Hari.Since recognising that the quality of my thinking determines the quality of my life, I've been committed to the following:Understand how the brain works so that I can most effectively...1. Control my thinking -> control my behaviour.2. Change the thinking and behaviour of others, at scale. I've spent most of my time in Neuroscience research focused on the exploration of positive psychology, what it means to go from good to great. Now, I continue my goal to improve quality of life (in myself and in others), through the brain, with the NeuroLeadership Institute. An organisation that embodies the scientific method to change behaviour, at scale.
