My job is to help clients plan for, and navigate, some of the most difficult times they and their families will ever experience. My primary focus is Estate Planning, probate and trust administration. I advise clients and design client estate plans and help clients navigate complex trust and probate administrations. In my career, I have served as the primary client intake attorney for probate and estate matters, assessing the needs of clients on a case-by-case basis. My experience includes representing corporate fiduciaries and negotiating and entering settlements with estate creditors. I help clients fulfill their reporting requirements as an estate or trust fiduciary, including their duty to report on assets and their distribution. I additionally practice in real estate, including drafting and negotiating of leases, mortgages, promissory notes, land installment contracts, and boundary disputes. Estate taxation planning experience, including preparation of IRS Form 706 and Form 1041 returns.
