With a decade of experience working in the Employment Services industry, it is clear that seeing individuals and communities thrive is my passion. I am a strategic thinker and work closely to develop mutually beneficial partnerships to ensure positive outcomes for Community, with my focus developing and delivering programs that support Employment, Training and Youth Pathways.I have experience in the VET sector, starting my journey teaching our upcoming Leaders skills in Leadership, Management and Human Resources. This opportunity has allowed me to understand the VET Sector and has re-enforced my belief that accessible, supportive and inclusive leadership development is vital to the growth of our communities. I completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Diploma of Human Resources to grow as a leader in both work the workplace and my community. I believe in empowering and supporting those I am fortunate enough to lead, working towards creating a strong culture that celebrates the diversity, passion and lifelong learning.I hold a current membership with Institute of Community Directors Australia, Career Industry Council of Australia and IAP2 Australasia, with qualifications in Training and Assessment, Project Management, Career Development and Employment Services. I am a member of the Loddon Mallee ACFE Regional Council and a member of the Fairley Leadership Alumni Scholarship Committee.I am currently actively involved in my Community – I am a Group Leader and Scout Leader for the 1st Kyabram Scouts. As a Group Leader, I am responsible for overseeing the operations of the Scout Group - leading and recruiting Adults to support our youth and marketing our program to the community.I am a proud resident of Kyabram and would like to represent the Campaspe Community by being elected as a Councillor for the Shire of Campaspe.
