Worked on a team to plan, prepare, and oversee migration from Millennium and LS2 to CarlX, helping to determine how to merge a public library system and district school libraries into a shared ILS environment. Design staff training programs catering to the specific needs of public library and school library staff, and conduct training in-person and through webinars. Write, edit, and maintain staff manuals for CarlX and CarlConnect.Provide technical support for staff and patrons. Determine how changes in the ILS affect system-wide policy and procedures.
