As Merchandise Mgr I lead my team to excell in all aspects of visual Merchandising including (but as in all retail, not limited to) Planogram implementation and compliance, corporate and vendor specific signage, and clearance goods management. I also partner with Department Leadership to feature store specific sales trends through and vignette creation and implementation in high visibility areas. I am also responsible for maintaining a constantly safe environment for all, ensuring full shelves, and accurate, easy to understand pricing. My team and I create a world class shopping experience at all times for our customers. This focus on execution and attention to detail in turn increases overall sales volume, maximizes departmental and store profitability, and ensures top-line customer satisfaction scores.
