    Responsible for the maintenance, accuracy, and reliability of instrumentation and controls for a 17.5 MGD wastewater treatment plant and associated remote lift stations. This is accomplished by configuring, programming, calibrating, troubleshooting and repair of level, flow, pressure, radar, and ultrasonic transmitters, PLC's, variable frequency and direct current drives, radio telemetry systems, laboratory analysis systems, gas monitors, remote sampling systems, and chemical feed systems. Maintain SCADA HMI controls via programming software. Plans and implements preventive maintenance programs, historical and related documentation. Review, evaluate, and make recommendations on proposed engineering specifications drawings, budgets, and the purchasing of equipment. Utilizes WAM computerized maintenance management software; maintains 24 hour emergency on-call status and participates in a rotating standby program, performs other duties as required.Equipment Operated: Fluke Digital multimeter, megger, AMP probe, Computer, PLC. Modicon - Momentum, Quantum, Compact - Programming software, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Control Expert PLC programming software, Schneider Concept 2.6, GE Proficy SCADA IFIX, Historian, WebSpace, Hyper Terminal, Foxboro, HART, hand tools, and other equipment as required.
