Duties include:Managing and Planning of day to day operations for 70+ employees in various departments including: Fabrication, Paint Department, Assembly Department Saw department, Detail Department, Shipping / Receiving, Product delivery, and the Inventory control group.*Inventory Management at three facilities*Inventory process development and implementation*Management of all material handling personnel and transactions*Production process development, and implementation*Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet required production goals*Material requisitions*Maintain operations data such as time, production, and costing to prepare management reports for production results.*Safety committee member since 2008*Oversight of all building and machinery maintenance* Fleet Management
