Office of The Surgeon General and United States Medical Command Operations Chief, enabling mission command for an organization dispersed across four Medical Readiness Commands with over 50,000 employees, serving over 1.5 million beneficiaries in 52 medical treatment facilities. Leads current and future operations branches, providing timely and relevant analysis of information requirements, orders production, HQDA taskings, and MEDCOM Watch Operations. Chief of Future Operations (FUOPS) responsible for representing the United States Army Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) and the Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) through coordination across the Army Staff, Regional Health Commands, FORSCOM, TRADOC, AFC and AMC. Analyzes operational information and draws informed conclusions for senior leaders to make decisions on all matters concerning plans, and future operations; drafts, coordinates, authenticates, and reviews operations orders (OPORDS) and plans in support of future operations; supports the commander in understanding, visualizing, and describing the operational environment, and directing, leading, and assessing military operations. Responsible for MEDCOM OPORDS in support of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak and Transition Framework.

Chief of Strategy, Requirements and Doctrine Division in the Office of the Joint Staff Surgeon. Provide analysis and medical reccomendations to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff through the Joint Staff Surgeon (JSS) on medical requirements and strategy as it relates to the Combatant Commands and Services. Primary JSS Action Officer for the Program Budget Review, Defense Wide Review, Integrated Priorities Lists, Health Services Working Group and the Medical Operations Deputies Working Group.

Executive Officer of a Battalion consisting of 10 direct reporting units that provides Mission Command, Medical Treatment, Medical Ground Evacuation, Medical Logistics, Preventive Medicine, Optometry Services and Blood Banking/Distribution services to the U.S. Army's III Corps.

Plan, coordinate and synchronize medical support during unified land operations and garrison operations. Serve as the subject matter expert for the Corps Surgeon and Corps Staff on patient evacuation. Develop and implement aeromedical evacuation plans and orders in support of Corps level operations. Supervise and manage medical training on Fort Hood to ensure medical personnel have sufficient access to training facilities and programs to meet medical training requirements.

Responsible for the training, professional development, maintenance and moral of 109 Soldiers, 15 aircraft and all assigned equipment worth in excess of $110 million. Responsible for the 24/7, all weather, real world MEDEVAC coverage for U.S. and allied service membersat both the Joint Multinational Readiness Centerat Hohenfels and the Grafenwoehr Training Area.

Responsible for the operations, readiness, training, health and welfare of 47 Soldiers and Army Civilians who conduct both flight and aviation related training in the Spanish language. Responsible for conducting formal flight and aviation related instruction for over 300 foreign military students annually in support of U.S. Security Assistance programs. Responsible for managing a flying hour program in excess of 5,000 hours and developing 11 flight training Programs of Instruction for two types of Army aircraft.

Responsible for airfield operations supporting approximately 26,000 flights and 60,000 flight hours annually. Responsible for over $6.5 million in aviation, logistical and supporting equipment required for use by more than 300 Soldiers and civilians daily. Monitor contract personnel providing maintenance, refueling, airfield security, and flight instruction. Serve as a UH-60 Blackhawk instructor pilot responsible for the training and mentorship of newly assigned aviators.

Responsible for the training, professional development, maintenance and moral of 39 combat medics, 11 tactical vehicles and all assigned equipment worth in excess of $4 million. Primary Staff Officer responsible for the battalion's medical and dental readiness as well as medical supplies, records, combat life saver training and sick call operations.
