CurrentProvides installation and post installation support of NEC Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems and Facial Recognition Systems at customer locations in the State of California. Responsible for total system hardware and software support, not only provide hands on technical assistance but also remote support to all users of the products.Capable of diagnosing and correcting difficult and intermittent hardware and software malfunctions arising from design deficiencies, data errors, component failures, and environmental issues. This requires a high degree of diagnostic ability and complete understanding of contemporary operating systems and AFIS applications.Primary tasks involve maintenance and support services at the primary site as well as multiple sites in Los Angeles County, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Additionally, required to assist in the installation and support of up to 95+ iBW workstations at various remote sites throughout the state of California.Responsible for system support to include first level software support, as well as some hardware support.
