Compliance Supervisor (Trust And Safety) - Customer Operations

My focus at ZipRrecriter includes operational efficiency, develop and expand our customer safety roadmap and products while proactively mediating risk. • Develop and manage a team of 12 Trust and Safety agents focused on providing a safe platform for our customers by upholding ZipRecruiter’s Terms of Use, fraud detection and proactive risk mediation. • Ensure team operational efficiency in alignment with ZipRecruiter’s KPI’s. • Monitor ongoing risk trends to ensure new product safety measures are implemented.• Develop safety-related user content, processes and policy. • Primary contact to government agencies and external legal counsels. • Responsible for ZipRecruiter’s charge back dispute process. • Lead cross functional safety-related matters with various teams such as legal, sales, product, engineering, data analytics, marketing, and others.
