About Jesse Schober

I am a driven, hard-working individual who always strives to put forth my best effort. I have experience in event planning, management, retail, teaching, customer service, food and beverage industry, and translation. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Spanish with a Business Emphasis and Latin American Studies double Major, an Event Planning Minor, and Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate. With my abroad experience at UWEC, I speak Spanish conversationally. I lived with a host family in Costa Rica, and I helped volunteer working with Guatemalan farmers in their coffee fields. I have a passion for traveling, languages, and humanitarian work. Through these interests, I am open to being out of my comfort zone and trying new adventures, each helping me gain new skills. For example, I volunteered working at an animal refuge in Costa Rica, and taught English in Thailand. I also took part in two programs working for The Walt Disney Company at Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs, which helped improve my customer service and communication skills, become adaptable and flexible, and work under stressful environments. I characterize myself as adaptable, bilingual, coachable, driven, empathetic, hardworking, multi-tasker, organized, and outgoing
