Direct Sales as an Agency Representative for Manufacturers of Automotive, HD/AG parts, Chemicals, PBE Tools and Consumables, Maintenance/ Service Tools, etc...

As a Territory Sales Manager I cover most of MO, KS Southern IL in addition to areas of OK, AR and CO . I have represented products at the WD, Distributor and End user levels, providing information and resolving issues from all areas of the business; shipping, order fill, product performance, and promotions. I have traveled over 100 nights per year for most of my last 20 years. I have been responsible to maintain my own schedule, appointments, travel arrangement, expenses reports vehicle maintenance, etc... Often this includes representation at trade shows, customer events and other booth shows. As a Technical Trainer I resolve technical issues with and provide product information to customers at all levels throughout the Ohio Valley and MINK States. Additionally, I develop and perform group Technical presentations throughout the region. Interacting with audiences while representing a product I believe in is the most fulfilling part of my job, particularly when I can help resolve technical issues for participants. My Automotive Technical expertise coupled with my knowledge of the PC and Office programs is often called upon to serve other divisions and regions exceeding my general mandate for the Central US Region. I also ensure that other TSM's have the tools and training necessary to resolve issues and speak knowledgeably concerning products. I offer support with on-air broadcast radio presentations wherein I have participate in "call-in" radio shows used to promote the customer regionally. This is also a favorite part of my job.
