Jesse Simon is a seasoned hospitality professional with a lifelong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a career that began at the age of 15 as a Mate and Deckhand on charter boats, Jesse discovered his innate ability to connect with guests and share his love of Long Island's waters and seafood. This early exposure ignited his interest in the intersection of sea and hospitality, ultimately leading him to the picturesque Fire Island, where he honed his restaurant operations skills, starting as a busser and progressing to roles as a server and bartender. Jesse's journey took him to various corners of the world, from St. Croix to Colorado, where he gained valuable resort hospitality experience, before returning to Long Island to earn a BS in Business Management from Stony Brook University. Eager to make a mark in the restaurant industry, he continued his professional growth at establishments like JT’s on the Bay, the Westhampton Bath & Tennis Club, and JT’s Farmhouse, where he served as a Partner and General Manager. This was followed by a successful tenure as Manager at Piccolo of Huntington. In 2023, Jesse Simon assumed the role of General Manager at the waterfront View restaurant, where his lifelong dedication to excellence in guest service and food merges seamlessly with his passion for the seaside atmosphere.
