Day to day responsibilities were running a crew of 20+ conveyor personnel along with 2 supervisors and a service admin. Working with state service managers to set budgets and reporting on in and out goings monthly. Facility upkeep along with growing the service footprint in the Pilbara region.

Work with supervisors to achieve/complete a variety of different mechanical jobs ranging from Welding, fitting, machining, reading drawings, repairing machines, building structures in a project environment as well as operational componence.

(Belt splicer/rubber liner and Mechanical installations) responsibilities were installing and splicing Solid woven, Fabric, PVC and Steel cord conveyor belt in the North Qld region. Also conducted rubber lining in the South Aust region along with local North Qld region. During this time, I worked rosters with back to back crews, travelled around Australia for Shutdowns and worked in the Townsville Fenner Dunlop workshop.
