As the Pride Outreach Coordinator/ Social Media Manager at HRA, I leverage my skills and expertise to drive meaningful change. With a focus on enhancing our organization's impact, I manage comprehensive social media campaigns, create compelling graphic content, ensure our website remains current, actively pursue grant opportunities, and assist the Executive Director in upcoming projects and event planning.

Responsible for creating and managing social media accounts and blogs for private clients in various industries. Produced weekly video web educational series for local businesses.

For eleven years, I was employed as a National Videographer and Production Specialist at CGI Communications, Inc. My job required me to travel alone across the United States to shoot promotional video for cities, municipalities, chambers of commerce, small businesses, and professional organizations for on-line marketing purposes. When not on the road, I assisted the production team to produce shot lists, act as liaison between clients and freelance videographers, organize and produce on-location shoots and brainstorm creative ideas for innovative advertising. I also helped create and produce new initiatives for covering state and county conventions with stakeholders such as the League of Wisconsin Municipalities, Wisconsin Counties Association, Virginia Municipal League and the Maryland Municipal League. I help create and institutionalize the use of social media for CGI and created a newsletter that went out to clients across the country. Since the pandemic, I took on the role of an Account Review Associate for Next Ad Agency, which is a division of CGI Communications. I created reports for clients, tracking user interactions on their websites, managing their Google My Business page, and creating a streamlined presence across various websites and data aggregators. As an outreach effort in our community, I organized CGI's Taking Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk and our Annual Toys for Tots campaign in 2011. In February 2014, I was recognized as Employee of the Month.

In my time at 13WHAM/CW16, I became proficient in a multitude of positions, including Director, Videographer, and Editor. I also took on the extended responsibility of mentoring junior staff and creating a web presence on the CW16 website, writing and producing my own vlogs and written blogs geared towards the CW16 demographic.
