I have been writing plays since my senior year of high school, but decided to make it my main focus during my third year at CSUF. While there, I completed many 10-minute, one-act and full-length plays that were featured in our department's new play festivals, radio play recordings, and independent showcases. During the summer of 2010, my first professional play premiered at Stages Theater in Downtown Fullerton and received great reviews. Since then, my library of plays has continued to grow. Impressed by the quality of theatre that I have found in the Pacific Northwest, I have made Seattle my city of permanent residence. My hope being that my work spreads and engages people in conversation and debate. Positive reviews are only a bonus.Specialties: My work has focused on a wide variety of issues including drug addiction, sexual promiscuity, post-traumatic stress, the afterlife, poly-amorous relationships, and many more. I enjoy the research involved in the creation of a play, and in turn have found a deep respect for dramaturgy. My detail oriented nature makes me a great editor, and aides my analytical skills.
