Challenges facing the industry have changed too--from supply and pricing to renewable energy technologies and reduction in emissions. As the industry evolved, so has my career and my areas of expertise. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with talented teams across the globe. My work has taken me from the Caspian Sea to the Middle East and North America, and I bring a truly global perspective to any project I undertake. In my current role with Dragon Oil, I manage the daily operations of wells that produce $1B in annual revenue. I also lead a team of 9 engineers and oversee the entire project lifecycle to advance business goals. My efforts have resulted in a 50% increase in year-over-year (YoY) growth over 3 years. In a previous role with OMV, I standardized the operating procedures for the use of electric submersible pump (ESP) technology, driving a 50% increase in production.
