I was a level 3 certified Magnolia Home theater specialist. I would work with clients to identify their needs and wants with in the space they are trying to upgrade. I would then take the information and recommend top products for a maximum experience. I would spend time with each customer creating a rapport with them. I would provide extensive demos to give an understanding of the products performance. I had a skill set of taking a budget no matter what the customer can afford and find the best product possible to stay within their desired budget.

o Role: I managed and built Microsoft Access Databases for Materials/Warehouse department. I enhanced database performance, perform restores, implement recovery procedures, handle performance tuning and conduct regular system backups on all user facing dashboards. I ensured technical and functional designs met business requirements along with ensuring all data was accurate. I designed reports in dashboards to function for the warehouse crews and all levels of supervisors. I built VP level dashboards for full overview of the departments inventory, space utilization, overall pick rate, pick efficiency and staffing budget. VP dashboard had reports for forecasting warehouse space, staff projections and overall operational/Warehouse cost based on yield predictions from the Orchard/Production departments and Human Resources staffing goals for the specified season.o Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Each holiday season I would acquire the task of allocating orders based on shipping method to the warehouse floors for picking and delivering based on assigned dock doors. Loads ranged from overnight orders being loaded onto FedEx trucks to ground orders being loaded into 53’ trailers going to FedEx distribution facilities. • For me to keep up with the orders and shipping method promise I had to setup 5 desktops in IT and remote into from my office to create and assign shipments due to the time each order took to finalize. I would generate up to 8 shipments at a time walking each shipment through the process of allocating available product then assigning that product to a specific door based on a trucking schedule from the Docks manager. Each order allocated required a specific pick order name associated to a load on a door.  Co-Lead on the Warehouse Management System (Catalyst 9.2) enhancements. • Was apart of the brainstorm team identifying modification that best fit company needs for the end user.

Created and maintained processes and procedures, system strategies and monitoring tools for the Fulfillmentand Shipping Departments. I determined the placement of finished gift for optimal picking and shipping. Key projects: I created and implemented process for the shop for that are still used to this day. These process saved the company money in material and labor. I created a program that is used by Management and Supervision in Fulfillment Support Department to have a clear look at work that is generated, and to manage staff and efficiencies on the shop floor.
