Supervised Server and Help Desk Technicians to build and maintain enterprise IT services for a headquarters of 700+ personnel providing management and guidance to thousands of personnel across the globe. Created process and tracking mechanisms for all internal and customer-involved actions.

Serves as the First Sergeant for the Brigade Signal Company in 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry). Primary advisor to the Company Commander, responsible for managing, mentorship, training, safety and administrative processes for 44 personnel in a rapid-paced organization. Planned and executed leadership development programs that assisted in enforcing standards and ensuring compliance to Army programs. Supervised and enforced the maintenance program for and safekeeping of over $100,000,000 worth of communications equipment.

Served as the Battalion S6 NCOIC for a Light Infantry unit and leader of an 18-personnel team providing network operations, tactical radio, satellite transport, automations, cyberspace workforce management, and tier I help desk support to a highly-deployable and mobile organization.

* Provides Communications and IT support to various remote units with mobile devices, printers, MS WIN10 laptops, MS Surface Pro, VTC/GVS and LiveScan systems.* Coordinated a successful migration to Windows 10 for a Battalion spread over 5 different installations. Liaison for 5 separate NECs that assist unit IASO at the detachment/company level to remediated tickets on a monthly basis. * Led the Battalion to be 1st in distribution and configuration of mobile devices to incorporate both MobileIron and Purebred.

Served as Battalion S2 & S6 NCOIC for a Military Police organization. Supervises the tactical communications and automated help desk support for over 800 personnel; responsible for the security, operation, and maintenance of tactical communications equipment.

Served as the Army's ambassador within the community; recruits, determines applicant enlistment eligibility, counsels applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepares enlistment applications, and processes qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserve; accounts for and prepares Future Soldiers for initial entry training; implements and conducts Army awareness programs throughout an area covering 798 square miles with a population of 205,2500; maintains a network of influencers to include parents, educators, and community officials in eight high schools and 2 colleges.

Forward Signal Support NCO in various leadership, maintenance, and technical support roles. Served with Apache Troop 1/2 ACR; HSC, 46th Engineer Battalion; and 814th Engineer Company (Multi-Role Bridge) while at Fort Johnson, LA deploying four times overseas.
