CurrentManaging the clinical stage project for development of internal pipeline product, 1308, which is first-in-class supergeneric/505(b)(2) drug candidate for treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B. 1308 is a 3 month injectable subcutaneous depot product which address the issue of non-adherence in patients.Working in collaboration with several external pharmaceutical companies at once and being responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. Coordinating internal resources and ensuring project members' strengths are put on correct use.Building new project management procedures to improve company's performance, profitability and reduce risk. Analyzing project progress and adapting the project timelines and resources accordingly. Improving communication between the stakeholders (external and internal) is close to my hearth.Ensuring the high quality of the reporting (oral and written) to customers is at its best at any given time during the project lifecycle. Have received praise on the presentation skills on several occasions. Guiding customers to right direction with diverse set of skills in technology, chemistry, ICH guidelines, regulation and pharmaceutical industry.Due to Analytical Process Leader background, I am an adept analytical specialist with knowledge of analytics in research and development of drugs. Skills accumulated during different positions in analytical development have strengthen my know-how for project management position.
