This role is responsible for managing the customer relationship management function in China Leasing Team. The team comprise approximately 4-5 staff, and the activities include external and internal relationship/process management. The goal is to maintain and improve business relationships of the existing customers throughout the life cycle of the deal, to ensure service expectations are met while balancing any risk to CIT. Coordinate with/Escalate to different business units as needed to resolve any customer issues. Bring in repeated business by proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs on leasing arrangement.My role is to lead the team, to deliver superior customer relationship management and to drive process and productivity improvements.There will be requirements to interact customers/dealers as well as other internal functions to ensure a seamless service offering to the customer, as followed:Manage a team and develop a team spirit Develop and maintain measures and metrics to monitor performance.Ensure that activities are in adherence with any legislative requirement and internal policies.Develop and introduce customer complaint and issue escalation processes.Promote the use of technology to ensure that processes are performed to an optimal level.Develop process for and complete capacity planning for customer relationship management function.Coach & Mentor & develop staff and ensure that staff are adequately trained for the job they perform.Effective Reporting: develop centralized, consolidated, KPI focused transparent reporting on Pipeline, Credit Review, OP Processing and Dealer Management as well as business dashboard.Deal management: goal oriented end-to-end deal process facilitation/management. Sales/Credit/Operation/Finance and CRM will treat each deal as a project and manage it as such.
