Created, maintained, and grew relationships with clients in person, over the phone and via email resulting in year-over-year business growth that averaged over 10% over the past 4 years and record years the past 2. Working with clients Jesse would help determine exactly what was needed, create quotes and process the orders and billing. Jesse’s knowledge of his products, clients and employee team also created a flexibility to create workable solutions even when unexpected challenges arose. During COVID, despite the harsh retail environment, Jesse was able to maintain the business volume successfully and take the store to a new level of sales and number of clientele. Jesse supervised several employees ranging in age from High School to adults. He would train and work alongside these employees to fill and complete and ship large orders in the time frames that customers needed, with many orders needing to be fulfilled on the same day. In day-to-day tasks Jesse would place inventory orders as needed to ensure clients would get their orders quickly.

In charge of 5-10 people at a time. Part of a 3-person leadership team that worked together to successfully make the store number 1 in both percent sales increase and highest total volume two years in a row. The team also lowered the total percentage in loss of merchandise those same two years. Trained and coached 20 plus employees on store’s core job elements. Assignments included Open and assemble boxed furniture; repair damaged furniture, deliver furniture to customers' homes, and maintain an accurate inventory when loading or unloading.
