Our mission is to provide a safe, child-led learning environment that supports working families and offers essential services like NDIS access and therapy support. We are committed to giving every child the opportunity to thrive and grow.In the construction and sustainability sector, I co-own H.L.W Projects, Air Light Insulation, and Wauchope Solar & Electrical. We focus on energy efficiency, insulation, and custom home building practices, including blower door testing and solar installations, helping homes and businesses on the Mid North Coast reduce energy consumption and costs.As an active member of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce, I am deeply involved in advocating for local businesses and ensuring financial transparency. I believe in building strong community ties and empowering local enterprises to grow and succeed.Balancing leadership with a collaborative approach, I’m driven by the goal of creating lasting impact across all areas of my work—whether supporting children’s development or helping businesses achieve sustainability.Fun Fact: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Matt, and our three sons, Henry, George, and Reggie, in the Wauchope community.
