I’m a seasoned manager, motivator and strategist. I’m experienced in business communications, operational management, accounting, construction design and planning. As a Manager at R&R Scaffold Erectors, (a subsidiary of Brand Energy Services) I have assisted with the planning and execution of integrating a small company into a much larger multi-national corporation. While also contributing to the design and implementation of business strategies geared toward rapid growth.Upon starting at Arrowhead Scaffold, I have implemented key business strategies that has increased revenue, performance and customer satisfaction. I’ve worn many hats over the course of my career- clerk, carpenter, accountant, and manager. As a result of my experience and educational background, I am well suited for multi-disciplinary projects and complex challenges.
