As a Manufacturing Engineer, It is my responsibility to ensure the processes flow as efficiently as possible from fabrication through assembly. This includes but is not limited to designing new fixtures and tooling, Improving product flow, reducing cycle time, increasing throughput, assisting in trouble shooting and also assisting in new program setup.

My responsibilities included increasing process efficiency by keeping a Continuous Improvement mindset. Problem Solving and troubleshooting are also a vital part of my role as Process Engineer.

I was Production Engineer over the Rubber Mixing and Polyurethane lines. Duties included new project organization and inspection/startup of new equipment. I was also responsible for problem solving, continuous improvement, and line capacity increase projects.

Oversaw the Dual-Tech Wrecker project from drawing board to completion. This included everything from redesigning individual components to assembling the final product.
